Renewable Energy Integration

PadovaFIT Expanded aimed at creating and piloting a one-stop-shop dedicated to home renovation services. The concept was based on existing experiences of similar one-stop-shops motivating and supporting homeowners as well as stimulating the supply sides, both technically and financially, to invest in energy efficiency.

The project aimed at providing energy-efficiency upgrades to 1000 low-income households with a budget over 1 million € .

The project created opportunities to retrofit full neighbourhoods that were in a vulnerable situation and that were located on the outskirts of big cities, built between the post-war period in Spain and 1979.

The EUROPA project developed an Energy Efficiency Subscription (a set of technical specifications, procedures and standard contractual arrangements) ensuring guaranteed energy savings from the deep renovation of residential buildings.

EPRi was founded in 2017 as a step towards establishing a Scottish cross-sector centre for excellence in energy / fuel poverty research.

The ELIH MED project aimed to promote the energy efficiency in low income housing in the Mediterranean. In Cyprus interventions to increase energy efficiency were made in 25 households with low energy income and 25 smart meters installed.

The initiative is focused in the economical empowerment of families, income management for households, investments, basic supplies, debt, overindebtness and housing. The use of clean energy and responsible consumption are part of the main objetives of the programme.

EDS - Economía Doméstica Sostenible is a course on sustainable home economics aimed at vulnerable families affected by energy poverty, offering training on saving and efficiency and sustainable habits in energy, mobility, food, health, economy.

The residential complex of San Giusto in Prato envisaged the construction of 29 public housing units, a civic center of about 250 square meters and public urbanization works, for the construction of a new green space and a new square.
