Energy Efficiency at Household Buildings Programme

This measure provides households with financial assistance to improve the energy efficiency of their housing. Its total budget was 897,75 million euro while for the Attica prefecture the budget was 160 million euro. The individual who applies to the measure receives a grant ranging from 35% to 60% depending on his/her income in order to perform energy upgrade measures to his/her property. The maximum budget for each building/apartment is 50.000 Euros for a single apartment or 80.000 Euros in the case of a multiple residents building.
