Energy efficiency in buildings in the Attica Prefecture

This measure provides households with financial assistance to improve the energy efficiency of their housing. The budget differs per region. The measure is co-funded by the ERDF and national funding through the Regional Operational Programs (ROPs). Its total budget was € 897,75 million while for the Attica Prefecture the budget was € 160 million.

The individual who applies to the measure receives a grant ranging from 35% to 60% depending on their income in order to perform energy upgrade measures to their property. The maximum budget for each building/apartment is € 50.000 for a single apartment or € 80.000 in the case of a multiple residents building.
